Young Entrepreneur Ramchandra Sain from Churu Helping Small Businesses Go Digital

Churu, Rajasthan:
In a time when small businesses are struggling to adapt to the digital marketplace, a young entrepreneur from Churu is quietly transforming the way local traders and artisans operate online. Ramchandra Sain, popularly known as Ramu, has emerged as a growing name in logistics operations and e-commerce consulting in Rajasthan.

Starting his journey from traditional courier coordination and shipment handling, Sain founded Sain Express Co. and later NR Tech Logistic and E-Commerce Management. Through these ventures, he began assisting sellers in managing orders, dispatch systems, and marketplace operations across India.

Over time, he expanded his work into online brand management and currently supports multiple furniture and handicraft brands in managing their marketplace presence. His work involves improving product listings, managing catalog systems, and helping sellers understand digital platforms.

Supporting Rural Businesses

One of Sain’s primary goals has been helping traditional craftsmen and small traders move from offline markets to online platforms. Many local businesses in Rajasthan face difficulty understanding shipping systems, returns, and online payments. Through guidance and operational support, he has helped several sellers start online operations.

He also provides free guidance sessions to local shopkeepers about digital payments, fraud awareness, and safe online practices.

Cyber Awareness Work

Between 2019 and 2021, Sain worked at the community level spreading awareness about cyber fraud and suspicious calls. He assisted residents in identifying scam attempts and guided victims on how to report online fraud complaints. His efforts focused on educating first-time internet users and protecting them from financial scams.

Author and Educator

Apart from business operations, Sain is also an author. He has written books on entrepreneurship and self-growth including From Zero to CEO and Success in E-Commerce. He also wrote a Hindi book Maharana Pratap ka Jeevan, highlighting the life of the historic Rajput warrior.

His writings aim to educate beginners who want to start business without prior experience.

Vision for the Future

Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Computer Applications, Sain believes the future of Indian rural business lies in technology adoption. His long-term vision is to connect artisans and traditional manufacturers to national and international markets through logistics and digital platforms.

As digital commerce continues to expand across India, initiatives like these show how local entrepreneurs are playing an important role in bridging the gap between traditional trade and modern technology.
